Well the time has come to go on another health kick, i let myself go a bit over the last year and i have to drop the excess weight. I bought an elliptical from Walmart for $200 and I got a gym set. I plan to go all out. Mainly eating chicken and tuna. Cut out most carbs. My goal is to have a 15% BMI, basically 15% fat:)
